If I can do this program, someone who literally had to transition from walking to running, you can do this program as well. Trust the process and it will have you running in three months. I’ve tried a variety of apps to help me run a 5k (I married into one of those families…) and I failed until I found none to run. Your first, and possibly only, goal is to run for 30 minutes by the end of it all. When you finish the program you can always start one of the 5k or 10k training programs to help you speed up or shorten your run time. I have recommended this app to everybody who wants to run.
