Purchased a bed 4 days ago with their Black Friday “sale”. Today the bed is still on sale and an additional 25% off.” ($182). They refuse to price match. So I am reordering the bed, paying $138 to ship the bed that arrived yesterday, so I can still get some sort additional savings. I won’t order from them again, that’s terrible. Black Friday sale pricing should be your best sale price. **update/reply to below** I did contact customer service several times and was told they have a policy not to price match.

When I try to sign in I get the message “Oops! Something went wrong!” I get the same message when I try to sign into Wayfair and Joss & Main.

I do not understand the 4.9 rating for an app that doesn’t let you filter by product details like size, color, etc. It’s crazy that you have to look through page after page of dressers (long ands short, tall and skinny, French provincial to modern, and light, dark, and white painted wood) to try to find what you are looking for. You can’t even sort (or filter) by price. No thank you. I will shop elsewhere.
