I adore the game! However, lately the game is lagging. Is it possible y’all could fix that? Makes it hard to play. Btw I’m addicted to this game lol
Despite me selecting my country several times; I keep getting very specific British pop culture references including what is the name of the queen’s Scottish residence & “first word fabulous British sitcom”.
*update* This developer has become more egregious in the amount of ads that need to be watched to play missed daily puzzles after paying to remove ads. If someone paid to remove ads there should be zero gameplay elements locked behind ads. This is false advertising, bait and switch, scam, etc. however this developer is shameless and would not expect them to do the right thing in fact I only expect a worse experience with ads going forward. I'm still forced to watch ads on the daily unwind if I want to do a previous day's puzzle if I didn't do it that day. Ads are begrudgingly acceptable if I want to double the daily coin bonus but ads are totally unacceptable for any aspect the actual game or puzzles. Bottom line I paid for the ad free version absolutely no puzzles or game play should ever be locked behind viewing ads. *Update* " After a few emails with Fanatee they believe it is ok to have content and puzzles locked behind ads even after paying to remove ads. "... but you can still watch ads to win rewards." Was there reasoning for ads after paying to remove them however puzzles is not a reward it's what the game is it's the reason why I paid to remove ads, so I wouldn't have to watch ads to do puzzles.
I love.the game very much but you apparently don’t want people playing it very often because you just gave us new puzzles 5 days ago and now there are none. You said you have new puzzles every month when I complained about this before, but it was well over a month before I got the last ones and now 5 days later there are none!
Unfortunately I will have to delete the game because it completely freezes up my phone (Android XR). I found the game to be very fun and challenging though! I hope to find it fixed later.
