I was trying to help my wife register for Vasa and get an account but the entire registration process was by far the most confusing and frustrating process I have ever dealt with in a modern day app ever. Terrible UI and completely archaic. First it wouldn’t confirm whether or not she had actually paid for the membership and we were convinced we were going to get overcharged. Then it was nearly impossible to find the activation section in the app to even create an account. THEN we couldn’t even submit her account with our own password, we had to use their suggested weird password even though it had the option of our own password. Then we had to get a temporary password in order to create our own password. THEN we tried to change her automatically generated “home gym” to another one nearby and it tried to charge us $25 to simply declare a “home gym”. Most ridiculous and annoying registration ever, but the actual functionality in an active account is great. Seriously developers, you’ve got some stuff to fix in this thing because it’s the worst design I’ve ever dealt with, a 15 year old who’s taken an intro to typing course could design a better UI than this
Looks like the update did not fix the launch crash. App stuck on a Red screen with VASA logo upon launching of the app. New to the app and signed in as instructed.
App does not work when updating phone to IOS 16.1
App keeps crashing
Got the new update and it immediately crashes upon trying to open it. Went today and the front desk lady was like yes that’s happening to a lot of people. Hope to see a new app update fixing it.
