Horrible App for a great Studio

The app does its basic functions but it’s very limiting for the Unlimited Members. As an unlimited member, the app often glitches and does not allow you to add new classes even when you have a month full of credits. The app developers need to fix this A.S.A.P.! Horrible experience for a costly membership.

Doesn’t allow me to see scheduled classes

this app works when it wants to. I cant see my schedule I cant book on the app for other locations even though I have the passport package. fix asap

Suggestions

To the developer, the app is not sending notifications when I am off the waitlist, only through email. Can you make it so we get notifications through the app once we are off the waitlist? Also the scheduling page, can you make it a month view instead of week at a time? Make it so much easier to schedule. Thank you

Scheduling problems

When attempting to join a waitlist I receive an error message indicating the request can not be made. Also, when attempting to schedule classes I receive a message that I have no available credits even though I have not yet scheduled all of my monthly sessions. 🫤
