Reconnecting with my body

I had my introductory class with Ester yesterday, WOW! this aging body was reminded exactly that. Stiff, achy, sore and my muscles shook like a leaf 🤦‍♀️😂. Today I had my class with Brittany, another level of WOWNESS! I was ready to crawl out of the place. BUT, I know I have to do my part to get to where the other ladies are with their strength. They become my inspiration. PURE BARRE, GAINESVILLE ROCKS!!!

Worst Fitness App for Apple Watch.

Doesn’t sync up to Google Watch properly. Every time I try, I get a pop up telling me to allow access via Google health. Google health has all the access, yet Pure Barre app can’t seem to get with the times. There’s no where to report glitch either. I’m conveniently redirected to Pure Barre website instead of app help🙃 Peloton app synced with ease….
