5. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription.

I’m now not allowed to to view my footage unless I pay for it it’s supposed to be free unless you want 30 days of footage I’ve had this app since April of 2023 this is not right

Doorbell & backyard security cameras

I use Aiwit security cameras and they’re not bad cameras I must say. Battery life is awesome and you don’t have to charge them non stop or use expensive batteries! Clarity on night mode is ok but it does the job. My dog hears me really clear when I speak to her through camera. Different options on visibility and I like that you can buy extra storage to save through the account. Must buy

Customer Service is Nonexistent

Can only contact customer service through the app and they are of no help. AI would of been a better help. Videos cut out mid recording even though I paid for a year subscription and they will not help me.
