The app is good but video doesn’t work

Please help me fix this issue as I would like to be able to record 4K video again whenever I try to record vids it says not supported in the mode although I didn’t enter any special mode at all

Love the drone hate the app

App constantly crashes or glitches while in flight. Range of drone is half of what it claims

Overall not a good investment

Overall operation it is a good drone but connection and GPS and false flight time as advertised. I never make reviews but had to in this case has been a problem from the start and a loss of nearly 500$ look elsewhere if you want to really enjoy the drone hobby! Drone has completely failed and will not connect to remote also have not heard anything from seller so I am at a full loss and now have a $500 paperweight.

Disconnect

So my issue is here that the app disconnects from the phone when it’s plugged in. Quick fix is to while you’re flying it’s unplug and replug in again but the fact is that’s not prudent. It’s not an easy thing all the time while your aircraft is in flight. There needs to be a patch to fix the connection between the app and the phone. I use an Android 12 and it is still giving me problems
