Cannot even create account

Opening interface is so buggy, I can’t even create account. It freezes up constantly, despite multiple troubleshooting steps. Absolutely terrible app. Will be returning product.

Software failing - don’t purchase until it’s fixed

This worked well for a year, then I had to reset my phone and the app no longer lets me login. Have done a lot of troubleshooting around this. Please fix the software!

Fantastic device, but buggy

The device itself is absolutely life-changing. It has single-handedly fixed my posture afte two decades (!) of struggle and back pain. This is the ONLY thing that has worked. Please let that sink in. That said, the device constantly disconnects and I have to go into the app to manually re-connect it at least 2-3 times per day. If this device wasn’t so life-changing despite its shortcomings, this would be a 1-2 star review, because of this crucial flaw. But despite its failings, this device is incredible.
