OnStar Guardian for Android

It’s great overall but oftentimes the satellite doesn’t update someone’s location for days. Regardless of that feature, it definitely provides peace of mind in case of an emergency.

Would have given 5 stars but have had reinstall the app 3 times cause it quits showing family after a bit. Other than it’s a great app and offers piece of mind.

I had to call them and give them an address to locate my car instead of just putting it in the screen like I normally would have .. I do appreciate one of the workers telling me it’s a hardware issue I have that was causing my inconvenience. I know onstar is suppose to come equipped in the cars actual body of a vehicle on ANY 2015 Chevy and not the rear view mirror that’s aftermarket pfffttttt. That’s why the app gets 3 stars for the ladies honesty. Good luck y’all.

As a longtime GMC owner and repeat customer; purchasing multiple vehicles, I am embarrassed for GM that they would have developed such a poor quality application. All family members have location settings for this app set to Always On and it rarely displays locations on the map. We have excellent coverage in our area. Google’s FindMy app is far more reliable. GM, hire a company to develop an app that works please. This is worthless.
