The use of Sefaria is a problem especially as Sefaria is proud of its open mindedness and inclusive practices which include xitian texts in translating the Gemara
I Would So Prefer To Make A Glowing Review, However, I Cannot. The App Is Problematic. The App Often Becomes Unresponsive To Controls After Returning During Playback From Another Screen; Also Often Forgets Which Shiur Was Being Played For The "Continue Learning" Section; Often Forgets Where The Shiur Was In Playback After Being Paused & Returned To. I Used To Enjoy The Daf Yomi App From OU, Never Had These Issues. I'm Rather Disappointed.
Having daily deliverance of Talmud readings and the audio interpretations by rabbis is extremely helpful, thank you.
The Lakewood Daf Yomi’s Ranbi Sruly Bornstein alone is a reason to give the app 5 stars!!! Daf Hachaim Rabbi Shlomie Shwatzberg intro and review videos is a game changer for the Daf. (It’s amazing that it’s on the app) All Daf is the one stop for a lot of usefully Daf Yomi material!!!
It would be great if there was a way through the app to share and invite friends to download the app. Even more important and useful would be an option where we could at “markers” at points throughout the shiur and type in any notes or annotations we’d like to make. I would give an option to color code or categorize them somehow as well so the listener could reference them faster.
