This is a super fun set of things for cheap. Definitely sounds like the devices it is modeled after but then has numerous additional abilities. happy purchase
Umm a toy yes but fun and great sounds bravo
Nicely done! Sounds great and very nasty when pushed! Love it! Working great in NanoStudio 2.
The patch saving and deluxe with custom colors is the nicest! This is more than a toy its got midi learn and sounds sick not cheesy but i dig... a good cheesy, anyway your really killing it!
I have owned all 3 monotrons, but am most familiar with the Delay. This app immediately captures the spirit and vibe of each monotron, and actually sounds pretty close to the hardware. The Deluxe model is cool because it essentially combines all 3 models and adds a few more features. What’s even cooler is you can create a sound using one of the monotron models, switch to Deluxe, and the sound you create will translate over so you can push that sound even further using the additional features of the Deluxe. This app is great if you want any or all of the monotrons without spending the money for the hardware, especially since you can’t buy the original one new anymore. Plus with this app, you can control all of them via midi, which means you can even play the Delay chromatically. Two things worth mentioning are: you can only use this properly as an effector in Cubasis on audio tracks. Otherwise, you’ll trigger both the midi instrument and the Unotone when you play. A workaround is to freeze the midi, and then put the Unotone on the frozen track. Also, sweeping the Delay time knob quickly to the right from the left doesn’t produce the same effect as on the hardware; it doesn’t make that explosive crashing sound. That being said, I think for the price this app is completely worth it. There’s plenty of fun to be had with these synths. I honestly have no real complaint. Another great app from KQ!
