I would love this app if it wasn’t completely unusable due to ad videos popping up with every single item that I click
Can’t believe the crap you have to put up with to use this. It’s like they have no care for users. Why have an app if it’s so bad? Just why? Deleted.
This app has been played up by so many sites and creators, so I’m a bit sad that it’s been a disappointment so far. Downloaded on my Mobile and played around with it, Ads were annoying but I decided to download it on my phone anyway. I swear every time I tapped on the screen a video player screen would pop up for 1 second and not play anything. Literally every single time😑 not even gonna deal with that, so I deleted it. Hope I don’t have to on my Mobile, I miss polyvore😭
So glad there is a “polyvore” type website again!!! That said, the app needs a ton of work… The ads are too intrusive in that they randomly take the whole screen or open your internet browser to go to their other ad. I’d rather pay a few bucks for the app than deal with the major interruptions. I never used the polyvore phone app, so I can’t compare, but this app is a bit clunky with navigation. Maybe it’s because the ads cover the navigation bar at the bottom, or maybe it’s because they are trying to cram the entire website into the app. I think it’d be better to simplify it to the social aspect and to creating sets. (Make it more like an IG interface) I also don’t see a clipper for the app…that’d be the first thing for people to need. Deleting the app for now, and I’ll stick with the website.
Full disclosure, I don’t create on the mobile app. I use the other features to browse and interact, but my creation happens on my laptop. However, this has been a godsend after Polyvore was so cruelly ripped out from under us. The URSTYLE team saw a need, and they filled it and actually listened to ex-polyvore users when it came to improvements. I consider this site now to be a totally viable polyvore replacement and I am extremely grateful.
