Not able to open on iPad mini 2

Can’t open app on my Mobile mini 2 running ios12.5.5 even though it should. The app opens momentarily and then closes.

Best navigation app for boating

I use this app on an Android 12 mini, the first time I downloaded it the maps would not load, but I had bought premium. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and the charts loaded. Premium is a nice package and I enjoy the app. Overall great app

Poor routing

I want to use this app to create routes that I can sync to Zeus. But the routing is glitchy and I have to start over frequently. The auto routing is really bad, and you can’t adjust a route. I just did 3 routes in B&G and Navionics on my Android and in each case the B&G route was about 20% longer. Some of the choices the software made were wrong. Some of the process is not intuitive, like if want to auto route to a series of waypoints you have to put in the start, then “destination” but the destination has to be your first waypoint. Then you can long press on the map to add more. And you can’t adjust a route. “Simplify this leg” just creates a straight line route between two points, even if it goes over land! I did figure out how to export a GPX file from Navionics and load it into the BFG app through the Cmap website but it is silly to have to copy from from Navionics to Cmap to B&G app to Zeus.
