Worked great until most recent update

Loved the product and it worked fine with the app for several months now. It updated to version 1.4.28 a week ago, and now even when it connects, it just shows a grey screen for the video feed

Connection

The app had never given me problems until recently. The image is constantly freezing or severely delayed. I thought it was the device so I got a new one and even with this new one the issue is still happening. Disappointed

WiFi connect is to the device

It took a bit, but I finally figured out that the app isn’t asking you to connect your phone to a random WiFi, but to the device itself which works via WiFi instead of Bluetooth. So look for Timesiso-(some number) in your available wifi networks. No password needed… Then, voi la you’re able to use the app and see what’s on the camera. I’m having trouble getting a super clear pic, though. Not sure if it’s new user error, but hopefully I’ll get it figured out.
