I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. They take money but never ship what was ordered. They run hundreds of promotions on Facebook ripping everyone off. If what goes around comes around they will have to leave the country to avoid life in prison.
People have items waiting to be shipped since June. When you order they charge your bank account immediately but they never give you shipping and your account will be stuck on paid but unfulfilled! They run non stop giveaways that no one ever received items won from also! Do NOT use this app and do not give them CC info!!!
I “won” a $50 gift card before black friday. I was able to get on the site cyber monday and order with my gift card only to find a $10 shipping fee that the gift card didn’t cover OR get $60+ worth of stuff and get free shipping. Either way paying $10 or more out oop. Which would be fine except.... The excuses started right away about being behind on orders. Many people were in their facebook page saying the never received orders from June, August, etc. They’ve removed the Black Friday giveaway posts from their facebook page and responses are robo responses on newer giveaway posts. Then let’s talk about the return policy. Refunds are only honored with 30 days of Purchase so assuming those people that ordered in august ever fo get their order their is no chance for return or money back if they cancel the order. The gift card never had any terms or conditions. After i submitted a ticket to cancel my order there was a auto response that said gift cards were only meant for 1 per person and for 1 item so if multiple items were added to order the extra items would be removed by warehouse. So now most items were under $20 so in order to get to the free shipping at $60 you would have had to add multiple items to the order. I sent a cancelation request. I dont expect a refund to be honored as this company is very shady. Im just hoping it will make it easier for me to dispute charges through my cc company

SCAM!! Ordered in August suppose to be here in November. Nothing, no communication or customer service either! Don’t fall for it!
