Doesn’t Work

This app is pointless and a complete waste of time. I’ve been trying to connect my air conditioner for the longest and no matter what I try it will not connect and you can’t contact anyone for help either. I am not happy at all and am on the verge of bringing it back to get my money back. Do not get TCL products!!

Waste of space!

DO NOT install this app. It’s a waste of space and the instructions to connect to a device are not clear at all. Don’t waste your time on this app just for some basic functionality, use the remote instead.

Cant connect to AC

I’ve tried connecting to my AC, however it doesn’t even work, I’ve tried turning on and off the bluetooth and all also.

No matter if I scan the QR code, try through Bluetooth, or **attempt** to connect manually, this app cannot find a TCL television 3 ft in front of it. Waste of download. Already deleted from my phone.
