메리트가 없어진 브링코..

초창기부터 꾸준히 이용해 온 사람입니다. 배송이 가끔 너무 느리거나 해도 대체적으로 2주 안에 오니까 가장 많이 이용해 왔었는데 최근들어 배송비는 올랐는데 되려 배송속도는 더 느려져서 메리트가 사라졌어요.. 이젠 다른 배송대행업체도 많이 생겼고 한국 현지 플랫폼에서 직접 해외배송을 해주는 경우도 많아져서 다양하게 이용을 해보니 더 여실히 느껴지더라구요. 브링코… 너무 느립니다…..한국내에서 배송완료 되고서도 해외배송 준비까지 3일이 더 걸리고, 그렇게 해외배송 준비까지 마쳤는데도 일주일 가까이 해외배송 시작이 안되더라고요. 정말 너무 느립니다….배송비는 올랐는데 서비스 질은 떨어지다니 솔직히 요즘 실망스러워요.

갈수록 실망스러워짐

이용 고객이 늘어나면서 이용고객이 늘어서인지 갈수록 주문 처리 속도가 늦어짐. 처음에는 주문 후 7-10일이면 받을수 있었는데 이제는 기본이 15일부터임 참고로 이번 주문은 주문한지 11일째인데 아직도 한국내에서 배송중이라고만 히고 전혀 업데이트가 없음. 진짜 다른 경쟁업체 생기면 무조건 넘어간다.

No Refund/ Exchange/ Return available

This company does its job of ordering & shipping to your place but unfortunately you can really do anything about refund/ return/ exchange when there’s something wrong with the product you received. You pay a lot for the international shipping fee and if you get a damaged product or something wrong, there’s nothing you can do about it. FYI
