Don’t get if you have iPhone

I got this as a gift. Lovely thought and was excited. That excitement was short lived as I have an Android and it will NOT connect at all. I have tried everything. Emailed customer support. Took them 3 weeks to reply . What they suggested was turn photos on then off. I did everything, nope won’t work with I phone. Now it will go back in the box collecting dust. Don’t waste your money.

Can’t make a profile

Trying to make a profile to send my Boomers photos of my kids. Won’t let me make a profile. Not sure if I need a frame then?

Worst App Award

Get it hooked up, ok. Send pics? It allows one group of pics to go to a frame. The app lacks basic functionality like confirming selections, backing out of screens, and sending additional pics. I am continually going down a path where I think it’s working, then I’m simply stuck on a screen with no way to move ahead or back. High School classes produce better apps as projects.
