I saw someone try to win a figurine and lined up the claw with the tag holes perfectly 3 times. And each time the claw lifted up the box, and then completely released it before it even started moving to the chute. Did you think no one would notice?? The claw didn’t just loosen, it let go entirely. Ridiculous.
The lighting is so dark, there is SO MUCH LAG, and the interface is confusing as hell. But the prizes look good, so I’ll give them a star for that.
The prizes are easy to win but $30 for shipping is a joke ... I’d rather spend the money it takes to win and ship a prize and just buy it on Amazon.
