Overall I’m grateful to have this app to remotely manage our system. A few suggestions would be enormously helpful: 1/ Fix bugs - I just tried (x 3 ) to adjust battery threshold, and the new request doesn’t hold. This has happened enough times in the past. 2/ ***Allow battery threshold to be set at different times of the day; ie, I’d like to use battery not grid energy between 4-9pm when prices are at their peak. As it stands now I set an alarm to remind me to check/manage battery if I’m available at 4p and 9p; twice a day to manually change gets inconvenient. 3/ Allow duration of battery threshold to be less than 24 hours—ie, 6-9 hours would be great, thus allowing one more customization. 4/ When production exceeds consumption (and threshold set appropriately) - Allow battery to be filled FIRST before exporting energy to the grid. I consistently notice this NOT being the case. Especially important on cloudy/rainy cold days when battery may not get filled.

I have a solarEdge system for my solar panels and backup battery installed two years ago. The app provides decent information and statistics for the solar panels. No complains here. When it comes to controlling the backup battery, the app is missing the most important functionality: to decide the hours when to select the battery or the grid based on the hourly rate. This makes it useless for the purpose of using the battery to take advantage of lower electricity rates based on time of day. The battery will discharge during the night when the rates are low. The app only allows to set a percentage threshold below which the battery is not allowed to discharge. And even this is buggy. Occasionally (only a few times a year) it forgets this setting. If I don’t pay attention, then during rainy days the battery can discharge to a level that will make it useless in case of a blackout.
My app doesn’t have as many functions as the pictures show. I have a car charger and even with deleting the app and reinstalling it, I see no ability to schedule my car charge.
