It looks like Doctoralia only accepts 5-star ratings! I had a negative experience with one of the doctors listed and tried to share it with other users by leaving an appropriate review. Someone from Doctoralia quickly responded that my review cannot be published as I am “making accusations against the doctor”. Well, cannot trust their stellar doctor reviews anymore…

For years I used Doctoralia in several countries, assuming that their doctors reviews was fair and real. For me their patients feedback was the most valuable feature. I never had a an issue posting positive reviews until I had a bad experience and tried to post a negative one. It’s impossible. Read the hundreds of bad reviews about Doctoralia in Trust Pilot and other forums sites denouncing the same. I was severely injured by a doctor which I visited exclusively due Doctoralia’s excellent reviews. I was mislead by their biased review system. Beware, In Doctoralia every doctor get 5 star review. I removed this app from my Android for ever.

It’s not a fault of the app that not every doctor is on this app. But in Playa del Carmen, a ton of doctors utilize this. It’s so convenient to make appointments or change them. I like that I get reminders of the appointments and that when I make a follow up appointment most doctors will use this too and and I’ll be able to see all my past and future appointments here. Also has helped me narrow down doctors when I need a specialist. Doctors in the major hospitals in Cancun (I’ve found) don’t use this app, so don’t over look those that might not be using this.
