FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FRAME

Box the frame comes in says “update your moments from anywhere in the world!” This is not the case at all. The app ONLY WORKS IF YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE SAME WIFI AS THE FRAME. Literally the complete opposite of anywhere in the world. This product will make your grandma sad. DO NOT BUY!

Returning the product

Purchased a frame for my parents but planning to return it because we cannot submit pictures unless we are at their house on their home network. Defeats the purpose of our purchase and goes against the way it was marketed. Expected better.
