I’m having trouble writing to Type 5 tags because the app crashes when I use the advanced mode and change protocols.
This is the best NFC app that I could find for Android when tinkering with some pesky NFC tags. Unfortunately my tags were password protected, and the only advanced option for my tag type was to remove the password. Overall, still a great app.
Been using this to read and write NDEF tags and it works great. Very responsive dev too. Thanks!
Like other comments, this specific app didn’t work (even though my phone and my cards are in the supported list), and other apps didn’t. I really wanted it to work because this one I actually paid for. I merely tried to read a card and no luck.
Other readers on phone work with tag but not this one. ISO 15693 (type v). Hopefully fix is avail.
