Amazing Driver service

I have driven over 1200 deliveries for Uber deliveries, Doordash, Dispatch, and also SENPEX and nobody even comes close to the Driver service that SENPEX provides. Senpex pays better and as far taking care of their drivers pay, making sure we are being treated fairly the time and attention I was given. Their driver customer service is leagues above the other companies l've driven for. Thank you.

Terrible Customer Support and Unfair Treatment

I’m extremely disappointed with this app. I missed one delivery task, and now they’ve completely stopped sending me offers. What’s even more frustrating is that they don’t provide a phone number to speak with a live person. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out through the chat feature, but no one responds. The lack of customer support is unacceptable and frankly, disgusting. I expected better from this platform.
