Had a good experience with it. Was able to switch the light color, dim it, and such while in the bath. Not sure why it only had 1 star ~ it’s a very simple and basic app, more like a remote, but what else should it be lol
I just got this light today and it’s just a replacement cover for the old fan and I was really looking forward to putting this light up and being able to control it from my phone the light itself is bright the app will automatically connect Bluetooth to the light once I enter the app but when you choose the light you want to control it pops up and you choose it but it will never load it will say “wait while we are connecting to your device” but it will never connect and you could be sitting there for hours and it still won’t connect I used to have the Broan sonic in my old house and it worked great with the wall switch but do not buy the light cover/replacement I even got the one without the speaker in it, If this did work it would be an awesome app though now I’m stuck with a light that I ordered and the whole purpose was to be able to control it from the app. ( I am also not one of those people that doesn’t know how to use Bluetooth my whole house runs off of it) And let me throw in that I did call and the customer service lady I talked to was nice but all she did was tell me to do everything I have already done.
This was not an inexpensive purchase and less than a year later it’s not working. When I go to the app it’s not even recognizing the device for some reason so it won’t connect to my Bluetooth any more. Very annoyed!
Yes it doesn’t work when I tried to put on music it is not showing up in Bluetooth the minute I was about to shower and now I here NAKED texting this and the light is terrible
I can’t even get the wall switch to work. And now the Bluetooth won’t connect to the fan after several times of uninstalling. Terrible app.
