App wouldn’t work
Downloaded the app to view a couch in my space. All I get is a screen asking me to sign up with my postal code and email. Even after signing up with postal code and email. Even when choosing a category under "shop". Or Services. Or customer service. Or about. You get the idea. It's not me, it's you.
Bought the first of many pieces (over the years) in 1982- THE QUALITY TODAY IS POOR IN COMPARISON. You will spend more than average on furniture which is delivered poorly constructed and assembled and often damaged too. Trying to get this fixed to your satisfaction (because who doesn't want to get what they were promised?) will lead to MANY hours on hold with the Minnesota call center. “Repair” appointments are scheduled 3 months out for the furniture that you waited 10 months for. Don’t shop La-Z-Boy.
What’s the purpose of advertising a virtual reality AR function of it never works?-EVERY single time I try to “see what it looks like” and try to use the app, I get an error message that says “we cannot load this product xxy-494” Fix the bug issues.
