1. Once you've configured access to Wunderground.com for myPWS by entering your API key, myPWS will let you view the latest readings from your weather station, as well as any other weather station registered on Wunderground.com. You can use an area map to search for near or far weather stations all over the world and have them displayed for detailed diagrams and current readings.
2. The access to PWS measurement data via the Wunderground data server depends on the availability of the WU infrastructure and the WU API services, which are not under the control of the manufacturers of the myPWS app.
3. Please note: myPWS requires a Wunderground.com account and a PWS (Personal Weather Station) registered in your account.
4. By registering a PWS you will receive an API key which is needed for the retrieval of data from the Wunderground network by myPWS.
5. Then myPWS is exactly the right app for you! All you need is: your personal API key, which will be created in your personal account on Wunderground.com for you to retrieve.
6. Up to two different types of data can be displayed together in a diagram, e.g. to look at temperature and air pressure together in one graph.

Good features if only they worked

This app is capable of doing everything i want. I have paid for all the options and sometimes they work! But mostly i get a screen that says you must buy the optional package which i have done. so i get to the buy screen refresh my purchase and then get toled no data in cache. so i download amonth and suddenly all the old data is there! then i want to print or download the chart. again it says must buy the same package i already bought and refreshed. its the never ending ground hog day repeat saga. refresh the purchase , refresh the data , maybe get it to work, repeat twoor three times. WORST SOFTWARE DESIGN EVER. and then they show a tip jar. My response I paid for crap. why should I reward you.

Decent potential, horrible implementation

If you’ve got a decent product, prove it to customers and they’ll want to support you. This app teases what MIGHT be a decent idea experience, but literally every icon and button you touch immediately prompts some upgrade package, link to a store, an OVERLAY blocking the “included” graphs reminding you to buy, upgrade, or go to their app package store, blah blah blah. Usually I’d try to fumble around the add-on prompts to see if it’s worth it, but this was so incredibly forceful that I wanted to throw my phone across the room. Deleted immediately; wouldn’t recommend. I’d suggest these developers grab a friends phone and test out the “user experience” from a fresh perspective, because they’ve lost ALL touch.

Wow!

Great app! Wish I found this years ago for my Davis PWS connected to WU! Has all the data and charts I’ve been wanting on the go! A nice addition would be able to connect to a meteobridge or davis weatherlink live when on the local network for real-time updates. Keep up the good work!!

Too many popups

Literally any click I make in the app it pops up a reminder for in app purchases, which needs to be viewed for several seconds before dismissing. Might as well just charge people out of the gate for it, utterly ridiculous if you want to use it for free. Uninstalling

Pop ups pop ups pop ups

Wind direction is correct but arrow points the wind direction not from direction. Touch the screen and a pop up comes up wanting to upgrade CONSTANTLY. Would be great otherwise. Not sure I would have purchased if I’d known it wanted you to purchase something all the time. I really Hate pop ups!
