I wish I could give it zero stars

This was the worst app I tried. There are a bunch of better apps out there for this kind of thing. The contact was repetitive, which was unforgivable given the way too high price. Also difficult to unsubscribe. I wish I had never heard of it. Complete waste of money.

Love this app! What a gift

I am absolutely loving the daily hypnotherapy sessions, the length is ideal (15min) and I feel deeply restored. I often practice them 2x a day and it feels like heaven to sink into deep relaxation. I’ve noticed improved BM by the end of week one (I have been actively healing with an intense SIBO protocol and fodmap/SCD diet for 1.5 years … along with singing, nervous system work and therapy, however this app feels like the missing link for daily Practice)

Night & day

This program is excellent and when I have a flare up, the difference one session makes for me is night & day. I go from feeling like crap to feeling just fine, I might still have only very slight & tolerable discomfort that I’ll gladly take any day over a full flare up of symptoms because I can function happily. Absolutely worth it!
