Limit by date and time, the most important feature, if you want to use the lock for vacation rental, is not available in the app.
I was mortified to find that my “smart lock” locked a guest out at the stroke of midnight, as opposed to through the day of access on the schedule. Completely unacceptable. You have GOT to clarify but adding specific times is paramount. Also, guests can just check in early. Simple fix.
Continuous problems with the device being offline and unable connect and to program new users - batteries are new and internet is working fine
I wish I could give this app a lower rating than 1 star. Terrible UX aside, it’s full of bugs: from door code settings that refuse to sync and are permanently in an error state to firmware updates that always fail. Please rewrite the app or find another vendor.
We (try to) use the app to add and delete user codes for our Air B&B rental home. Sometimes we are able to add user codes remotely (miles from the locks), and other times we cannot!? Sometimes we can delete user codes remotely, sometimes we cannot!? Extremely inconsistent!
