Melaleuca Retail Partners for Android

This app never works to connect to other retail partners. I never get the percentage for rewards on this app.

App wouldn’t let me access my account information/stores shopped at or pending rewards collected.

Love that I can get more Melaleuca loyalty dollars and shop with discounts at more places. The app however struggles. Both the Android and Mobile versions have functional issues. • Android - using Search: can’t use what is at the bottom of any list as there is no way to move the keyboard out of the way. - using stores: not all of the stores appear in the lists when compared to the Mobile app and to my friend’s android app. Missing AutoZone for certain. • Mobile - missing stores like the Android app. - sometimes it crashes when I’m shopping at a store (BB&Beyond last time). - the lists show the store names well, but not the store icons like the Android does. - doesn’t resize text to be read by those who need larger text to read. - glitchy at best. Has frozen up. I’m using it, but only on my Mobile and when not in a hurry because it is going to have trouble. I’m using fully updated iOS (Android 6S) and iPadOS (Mobile Pro 2020). Restarts have no bearing. Uninstalled and reinstalled has no bearing.

Stalling, freezing and have been unable to place an order using the app. It constantly deletes my cart. This happened for 9 hours straight on the 15th and 16th of this month. Not sure if it is built to handle the increased demand. Please update.

App has glitches. It won’t load the site for the store after you click on the link for the store you want. Also the keyboard function is sticking on the view position so it’s hard to see the entire screen
