I really enjoy this app, it has great graphics, a fun little story line, and the levels are always challenging, but not impossible beyond belief. I think that gems are a little too hard to come by for those of us that will never purchase them, and I understand that the game progression pacing is important, and that the developers need to make money from the app somehow, but having to grind for days to get maybe 5 gems hurts my soul 😭 Otherwise, I’ve had so much fun with this, and all my friends know the name by heart now as I mention it so much <3 great work!

I just opened the app after long time of playing. Should also clarify that I have already finished the Tropicvale treats storyline and progressed to the next half of the map. Once the files were downloaded. I see that not only is progress I’ve already finished undone, but that I know have to do the entire segment all over again. Why? I can access the other half of the map, the first location is the only thing I’d unlocked and admittedly hadn’t gotten very far in. Is now locked telling me to finish Tropicvale lvl 40 first, but as previously stated, I have already done so. I don’t know what to do now but this has definitely ruined what should have been a simple colorful game.
