Cannot log in, says no internet connection.

Having issues accessing my Turkey tags. When I login it says no “internet connection, you do not have service”. I have internet with full bars, not sure why this is happening. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled with the same message popping up.

Delete and reinstall

It would not load my new tags for 2022 so I deleted the e-tag app and reinstalled and login again and everything was fixed

Problems

Not able to pull up license, app just closes and goes to Home Screen. Need resolution ASAP, can’t be response if application doesn’t work NGF please help.

Not able to pull up tags

Hunting season just started and I can’t pull up my tag. The app just closes out back to my Home Screen. Not good because I can’t pull up my tag. Hope the game wardens are aware of this because it’s not my fault. In cell service and tried to pull it up day before my hunt started. Not cool because I have no way to tag the animal if I get one.
