The game on my Android is awesome I’ve had it for years but I just yesterday got it for my Mobile and it looks to be a completely different game like a house instead of the island I had, and It will not give me the option to retrieve my data. Facebook is for the older gen. my data was saved on my cloud so I know it’s there I deleted and re downloaded just want to know what to do I really enjoy the game.
Tried emailing with no response. The game is great for the most part but some realms are missing items hidden under clouds that you CANNOT unlock without purchasing diamonds to clear the cloud. Customer service is lacking when reporting an issue
I have been playing this app for quite a while now, n I luv the updates, such as having a creature that will help w/merging. I have a million characters and when they all come out, I can’t keep up w/them. But the turtle helps a whole lot. Another thing I like are the bonus scavenger lands, the only change I would give more spins on the slot wheel. If you get 2 the 2nd stage of the slot wheel your able 2 choose 4 gifts from your opponents land. But I think you should also get extra spins (spins should include: diamonds, extra spins, and extra characters and things that will help players complete the land). So it would be great if we could also get aria’s in the slot machine. The other thing that would be great is the exploration section, I’ve upgraded my boat n dock to the highest levels. But there’s a malfunction, I can’t update anymore islands, nor can I go pass the 80+ clouds so I can get other boats. I have just about everything except what it takes to upgrade the capn’s.. I can never seem to get the books each character (turtle, fox n the other animal)needs in order to upgrade them. Is would be great if these things were fixed.
I’ve been playing this game forever. I’m not sure why or what about it is so addicting. I really like it.
The last update, signed me out, and know when I sign back in, it starts me all over from the beginning. I have played this game for a long time and have spent some money. I am very disappointed right now. I have contacted customer service and All they keep saying is to uninstall and reinstall. That is NOT WORKING.
