I am getting tired of these stupid and pointless “find paul, make meal/dinner” for 8 freaking STARS! I WANT TO RENOVATE THE PLACE! The artist event also is annoying and I hate it. There should be an opt out feature.

I’ve left reviews before but I thought I would update my rating to five stars because I really love this app and I’m very impressed with the great customer service. I have been playing it for a while now. The drawings are fun and relaxing. I even enjoy collecting the different themes of outfits, furniture, pets/etc in the exhibitions and galleries. And I can tell by the updates in the game over the last year that you really listened to the customer complaints and worked on improving the game to make it more enjoyable. You’re also quick to respond to a problem. I can tell that you really care about creating an enjoyable experience for your players. And it’s appreciated.

Love the game better I Do

During entire time trying for Christmas items for the ‘fair’ that opens in 2 days, I’ve not been able to watch ads when it’s time. Nor do my briefcase ads work, and Im not getting the ads when complete the thing to watch an ad and get one if 8 ‘items’ every 8 hr reset, which did include briefcase, now I saw had at least 10 points toward fair. I also do not get the ad wheel upon completion of a picture, even tho you ALSO took away watching an ad once you did complete the 8. I’m not getting 40 coin ad or 20 energy, tho I’m at like 16,000 energy, so not as big an issue as building up $ since it’s been costing me to BUY photos, since ads WONT WORK! I’m a long time player, who has completed the story except events, which I have always paid the $5 pass for. What’s REALLY low on your end is you took away my 60,000+ credits towards choosing past decoration options that came up every few weeks before this Pet Shelter food thing. I could never decide which items of those left to get, and always only bought seasonal items if at all, so Christmas decorations and center square items were gotten at that time of year only. It’s not only horrible that you STOLE all my credits, by not informing us, at the final time we had the option you would begin that new ‘pet shelter’ pet (I owned all the OTHER pets you could buy with past credits you know I’m referring to), but u gave NO WARNING and those credits ALWAYS carried over so I did not use what could’ve purchased all of the Christmas items in home and square, plus the surf board and others since I mostly was leaving the square items for last. Now, with no double Daily fortune ad, when open of app, (says “not available”…n yes, cleared cache, yes restarted phone. MULTIPLE times, etc etc). I check my wifi, n it’s one YOUR END. So… I do not get my ads toward the fair that I barely have any money for at 2 pieces per picture when a rare wheel comes up after a pic and an ad DOES PLAY but only ONCE, and that’s rare. But this will also even be the 1st time I won’t complete the briefcases, and I’m not BUYING a silly overpriced package of real money briefcases nor will I ever buy a piggy bank again. I also sometime participate in the weekend contest, and this lasted one that just now ended and only like 3 total pictures went towards my count and I’m number 16ish tjo I don’t know cuz I came here in frustration of so much wrong and sick of no ads even when open app!! And esp every 8 hr ones. As for the weekend event it’s hardly the 1st time this occured, and YES, I’m aware you have to choose from the list of given photos that show the bullet not the bomb, to count. They didn’t. I want my unused credits toward decor at square and in the main home and out back, and to go towards the new winter fair!! I planned to choose holidays walls, and a few other items I did not happen to choose, since I began playing when only a few events appeared to have been missed before I began YEARS ago! Please reply! I’m obviously not a happy fan of your game not changes, and I PAID for things I no longer can get.
