Initially game was really fun however after a week it gave an error that it couldn’t connect to the server. Tried again after a few days and same thing. Deleted the app and reinstalled but now it won’t let me recover my account and when I try and create a new account no matter what name I enter it says it’s taken. Even a gibberish name “Wsjdtdiuyt” says it’s already a user. One star until you fix the login.
I’ve tried several skiing games and this one is pretty good. I like that it uses real world cup race courses, and the physics are pretty good. Some people don’t like the camera view perspective but you can get used to it and it’s easier to see what’s coming I’m still trying to figure out what makes racers go faster than me, and it’s certainly not obvious because I seem to take better lines and yet they accelerate past me, the biggest complaint is this game is obviously no longer supported except to take your money when you want to spend it. I did buy the race pass which got me lots of extra skis but when it finished it said December 2020 season finished and has never reset. Also, there are features they describe that don’t exist anymore such a mode for practice. It’s too bad, especially with FIS and longines putting their name on this that they’d let it be abandoned.

The constant interruption in the tutorial telling me to drag gently is cumbersome, other than that the game is ok. I don’t have much reference since there aren’t many ski racing games
Super fun, unfortunately it seems it has been abandoned by the developers as far as updates…
