Stake order

I added a whole bunch of donuts to my basket. I needed to ask one more person what they wanted, this took about 20 minutes. Turns out they didn’t want a doughnut. so I tried to place the order. The app told me the order was out of date. Therefore, I had to redo the whole order. So I decided to go to Dunkin’ Donuts instead it was quicker

Always seem to have problems

Tried to use a reward but then app wouldn’t let me choose a time to pickup donut, so I didn’t place order. But then it wouldn’t let me use the reward the next day.

Delivery is unreliable

I wish this app worked the way it’s supposed to for delivery. Apparently how it works is that the delivery order gets sent to DoorDash. But for some reason the order can just sit there without getting picked up in the system. I’ve had to call Stan’s on multiple occasions to get my order actually scheduled for delivery. I’m told I’m not the only one with this issue either. I can’t use this app until the delivery system is reworked.

Dumb tip addition

It is really dumb that it auto adds a tip. I’ve had several occasions where I haven’t noticed and a big tip gets added that I didn’t want to do.

Application issues

I was supposed to have $5.00 reward towards 1/2 dozen. Ended up spending more than the cost of a half dozen. No resolution, but I didn’t want to disappoint daughter. Won’t happen to us again. We’re done with Stan’s.
