Buyer Beware

It states this App is free with In-App Purchase. The purchase is a license. I did not understand but knew I was not going to need one.So I downloaded the App. Once I downloaded the app and I opened it and was about to start using it for the first time, the normal pop-ups appeared. On the last one it notified me that I was going to have a 30 trial to see if I liked the app. Then I was going to be chanrged this $14,99 license fee. I still don't understand that. Just tell me upfront that this app costs $14.99 I can respect that!!
