I love how user friendly and useful this app is. So many useful resources for any mood are packed into really easy options. I really like how you slide the bar to get your mood and how it keeps your responses so you can look back at them. The anonymous user chat is possibly my favorite feature, as it helps as a reminder that you’re never alone in feeling the way you do. Plus the hotline options are awesome. Overall highly recommend this app.
