ChordProg Ear Trainer is a Education app by Jorgen Andersen. Developing a good ear can be challenging, as many ear training apps don't offer practical applications. They tend to isolate musical concepts from the context that makes them significant.

Contents are good but the app is full of bugs, even the submit bug report feature is buggy
I paid $25 for this app and have no regrets. I’m using it daily and I am FINALLY seeing some improvements in my ear training. It has endless options for ear training on progressions and intervals and so much more. Love it.
Aimee Nolte, an online music teacher, recommended this app. I installed it on an Android 11. I was disappointed to find to get access to all the chords, intervals, etc., you have to pay monthly with automatic billing on your Google account. There didn’t seem to be any instructions for use. On my Android, if a premium option is accidentally selected, the screen freezes & I have to reboot my device to get back to the app. I deleted this app.
Hi I have just downloaded this app recently after I watched the YouTube video by Aimee. She used a early Android version in that video and seems that one has more advanced features. Especially, the quick response test for chord changes is really fun and I would like to use it. I wonder if you plan to add back those features in later. Thanks!
This is literally the first app review I’ve written in like a decade of Android usage because I love this app that much. It has a long way to go but it perfectly fills a niche I’ve been looking for for so long now. I really hope it gains support because it could be an incredibly valuable tool down the line.
