Grubhub for Drivers for Android

A couple months ago offers were coming left and right. Now I’m lucky to get one every 30 minutes. Living in Phoenix AZ btw. It’s slow for one of the biggest cities in the u.s!

How can this happen so often? 8 times the past week, it can’t find the apartment. Forces me to turn their app off and manually type it in while driving. What a joke. Stop ordering via this u want it to get to you.

I live in the Poconos and reception in the area is horrible. In some areas the app works and in some areas it’s says trying to connect. Unfortunately when you contact driver support they never resolve anything. They give you a list of nonsense on how to improve app when doesn’t work in the areas you have issues with. The app needs serious improvements in this region. Everyone is losing money from the drivers to the stakeholders.

If anyone ever thinking of working on this platform mind you it will be the worst decision made ever. First of all if you do not properly calculate the total costs of driving such as fuel, depreciation of car, cleaning cost etc you might see big money but in times you will realize its not worthy at all. Secondly be ready to receive verbal or physical assaults being specially Grabhub driver from restaurants and customers (because you are dealing a lot of unhappy people) without any of your fault and even if you have proof of any incident you will never receive any support or resolution. Socially you will also be treated like nobody if you go to the banks or applying loans based on income from Grabhub. The waiting time on restaurants specially for this app is always long and the restaurant people will hate you compare to doordash and Uber eats driver because Grabhub always unnecessarily sends you too early for pickup which is pressure for the restaurant employees as well. When you are on the road the order will never come constantly and their hotspot is also a bluff which will make you more frustrated. On top now a days they are trying to copy doordash by putting violations on drivers which has no acceptable measures. Grabhub will just tell you high number of order was reassigned. They never analyze the reason of reassignment. Some order are unrealistically timed to be picked up and they will reassign at their will when you are on the way and stuck on traffic. So basically they will put it on your driver account to punish you specially for the experienced drivers who knows which order to decline. Grabhub is hiring new drivers to use them and make millions out of them before the drivers realize their wrong investment of their valuables. People are thinking Amazon will make this platform better by offering free subscriptions. However quality is more important than anything free and I wouldn’t order from this app because it is never be a wise decision to eat my food from the hand of frustrated driver. In times this evil company will be a dead platform for sure because the karma will always serve it’s best.
