interface seems like it was done by amateur developers. the most glaring mistakes however are in the shift pick up system. multiple employees are able to pick up the same released shift, leading to confusion and uncertainty if you are actually gonna work that day or not. shifts are not marked as picked up once an employee claims it. at worst, this creates hostility between employees. i wish my workplace would go back to hot schedules or 7shifts.
This is a great app because I can easily request time off and everything is user friendly.
There’s no way to contact employees or the managers, it doesn’t even show contact information. There is no way to request time off or swap shifts, it doesn’t even notify you when your already posted shift is modified. I guess that’s one thing HotSchedules knows is important to have with a job. Wish my managers didn’t switch to this sad excuse for a schedule app
App tends to crash whenever I’m doing inventory for my store. It also duplicates count between different measurements. Overall, pretty unreliable and seeing the other reviews I see why people are upset.
I got hired at a place that uses this app. I never received the first email from R365 after my manager signed me up. When I finally get in, the features are not working for me to see my schedule. So I log out. Now, I cannot log back in! I’ve tried to use the reset password feature, never get the email for the temporary password. I tell my manager and they try to reset from end as their app’s permissions are different. Still nothing. My co-workers have different issues with parts of their app that doesn’t work. Why isn’t there a support or help feature? Clearly this app isn’t working properly. I hope my employer finds a better one.
