Is it just me, or is this app just worse? Have to delete and reinstall at least once a week because calls fail as soon as I try to make them. Voicemail screen just spins. Today, VM goes straight to dial pad. Incoming calls go straight to VM.
Works very well with exception for incoming calls everyone that calls my virtual number gets routed to voicemail I even tried it with another phone in the house and with good service no other apps open or calls coming in call sent to voicemail please fix. This seems to be the only thing that stopped working after update
The app worked great yesterday. It updated last night and no longer works
So the basic functionality is there. But here are the basic gripes I have after a few hours of use. Could we fix the black on black text when searching the directory for users. I am pretty sure it’s typing something cause the curser moves but I can’t tell for sure. How about integration with AD or a SAML provider like Okta? This is a much bigger deal than just mobile phones. Could we start with two factor authentication? Can we extend the login lifetime so we can stay logged in longer than a few hours? Seems some local contacts were created from previous phones or something. The contact’s numbers is filled under “phone” instead of “mobile phone”, “home phone”, “work phone”... turns out this app won’t display the phone numbers until you go to your contact and switch it to the right label. Kind of annoying. The “Pull call” button is really cool but it doesn’t seem super responsive and may end up being clicked twice. Noticed that the video option is available even if the receiving side can’t support it. This is a super minor one and not worth your primary efforts. That’s all for now, I super doubt any of this will be read by anyone but hey I thought I would try. 🙂
