Best Purchase Ever

I’ve been in Amateur Radio for a very long time and have a lot of radios and gadgets to go along with the hobby. I purchased a ClearNode in winter of 2021 and it is now my BEST purchase ever. Also, Gerry has been fantastic all the way around supporting his product. I highly suggest buying a ClearNode.

Product is great for experienced or 1st time Digital Ham

This product has opened the doors to use an analog radio for all digital modes except D star. We started getting way out of hand having to buy a new radio for all the digital modes. One for fusion, one for DMR and one for Dstar. You can use any analog radio and have full access to dmr, fusion, NXDN, P25. EchoLink and Allstar. None of the hotspot products out there can do this. Jerry what would be a huge game changer is to add DSTAR and IRLP. Outside of that I love this product.

Great app

I retired with 30’ years in IT any it would have taken me a week or more just to configure a Raspberry Pi for AllStar, Echo Link, P25, and DMR. With the app, I was up and running in 15 minutes. I had an issue caused by my ISP (cell tower service) and Gerry had me back up in less than 2 hours. N4KHQ

Great for node control and setup

I’ve gotten into the weeds with wins over and putty, but the simplicity and convenience of this app for both Android and iOS has been fantastic. I haven’t asked yet, but I am hoping to control non Clear Node ASL nodes with this app, or would gladly buy it for any node control.
