Won’t stay connected…keeps disconnecting and won’t pair with my phone even with everything working

Completely useless

Don’t try to get it to work more than a handful of times. Every one of those times you will have to miraculously figure out how and what to connect to (no instructions) and it’ll take several times before it does. That’s IF it does. After a few days it simply won’t work at all.

seriously such a waste of money. the app is so poorly made and the lights themselves just now stopped working and i only bought them a few days ago. would’ve rated it zero stars if i could.

Inconsistent

This app has not been user friendly. Have had lights professionally installed. My device is updated and current. Lights still won’t work. It’s been that way since buying the product. I love my lights and hate they are unusable because of the app.

App crashes every time… Either you stick to a color or you’re forced to close the app or delete and reinstall. It’s a shame honestly.
