I love IDShield! One of the features it has is a sex offender monitoring within a 1 to 5 mile radius. I can also monitor my minor children’s date of birth and Social Security number to ensure their identity is not used to open up a credit card. Everyone needs to have IDShield!
The app is useless. Shows my credit score, which I already have available through my bank and credit card. Whenever I try to see an alert that comes through my email, the app doesn’t show it. It won’t show any of my dark web notification. Really is a poorly designed and useless app.
I keep getting various notifications from the app regarding alerts I set up, but when I go into the app, nothing updates. I am able to see all my alerts online, but then the app is useless. Even my updated credit score doesn’t show on the app.
