I have a device that supports the “acne squeeze” function, which used to mirror the video to make it easier to extract blemishes. With the redesign, this option has completely disappeared from the app, meaning I can no longer use this for what I bought it for! I’m angry and will be trying to return the device now because it’s useless to me.

Poor excuse for a mobile app

Pathetic excuse for an app. Impossible to navigate authorization and sign up. Any app that needs a video to explain how to set up an account is a failure.

Works but needs improvements.

I prefer to use this on Mobile since it has a bigger screen and won’t complain about “no internet, switch to cellular data” like my Android does. The problem is this app does not seem to support landscape mode. I always have to rotate my Mobile from landscape to vertical and then back to landscape to get the image to rotate and that can only be done from within the camera view, not the Home Screen. If they allowed the Home Screen to be landscape this would fix that issue. The other problem I have is the image is always mirrored/reversed. I have to tap the ear icon to flip it and then it’s correct but it never remembers this setting. Please allow this setting to be saved rather then being reverted to the backwards image each time. If these two things could be fixed the the app would be 5 stars. As for the product, it works well and I recommend it but I wish they made the tips smaller. Even the smallest blue rubber scoop is too big. A smaller one would make the job easier.
