I am a subscriber and today I am locked out of certain pictures on my Google. I have this app on both my Sansung Tablet and Google Mobile. I can access all on my Sansung but not on my Google. On my Google I have to watch a video to select certain pictures. I have tried to Restore Purchase with no luck. This has happened to me several times where I have to contact this app to get problem corrected. I am disappointed that this keeps happening. I love this app, one on the best ones to select from, but I get frustrated when I can’t get into my purchase. I would definitely recommend this app if this didn’t keep occurring, but as of right now I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
I used to love this app but recently it started freezing a lot. I have to close it out and reopen it to get it to work. Thought maybe it was my phone. I have an Android. My husband has an android and used to like this app also but it is freezing on his phone also. Hope they fix it soon.
