App always frozen. Can’t never scan items in stores bc of app always loading & poor Customer service whenever you call in for help concerning this matter.
The in app barcode scanner is a complete joke. And event when u enter manual it’s complete waste. There’s no actual list of what u can buy and not buy, then sometimes when the scanner does work, it will say a product is covered, and it’s not or the other way around. And if the product barcode is covered in plastic your wasting your time especially in a very bright place like Walmart.
I love the changes this year! Easy to use with WalMart, online and in the store use! I am able to store my card info in WalMarts ordering system so I choose what I want to buy and it pulls my information up and click “order”. I can have it sent to me, order the “pick-up” or use it in the store! Love, love love it!
Trying to show grandma how to use but app keeps freezing and crashing. Worked for 10 mins max then froze and crash. Tried on 4 different phones and it’s just the app. Can’t view card, order, nothing. The scanner doesn’t work anymore as well. :(
Every time I go onto the app it won’t let me see my balance order anything.
