The main reason why I don’t give it 5 stars is simply because their chat function is horrendous (they do caveat that it is not optimized for it, to be fair). Otherwise, easy 5 stars. As a nomad, I’ve gotten more interest and matches using Fairytrail for a week than all the other apps I’ve used in the past. They definitely nailed their niche. Hands down far better than the other nomad dating apps I’ve seen as well. They made the right decision IMO by asking people pay $3 (one time fee) after tasting their free experience. I was already impressed by the quality after trying it for free, so the one-time $3 was a no brainer. Nomads, this app is bomb! I personally opt out of the “travel match” option because I’m not going to ever travel to the options they list *just* to meet with someone over an app I hardly know.
As the title says. I was excited try this but there is no way to do so… hope the sign up process is trouble shooted soon
I haven't even seen how the app works yet, and they are already forcing me to pay before I can continue. I'd be happy to pay if the app is suitable for me, just let me see what all the features of the app are first.
A really great idea, a much needed app. However, this does not work well for anyone who is not heterosexual or cisgendered. As a gay man, I was able to select men as my preference for what profiles are being shown to me, but it appears that women still have access to my profile and have been liking it, wasting their time. Makes me wonder if I have been “swiping” on straight men, wasting my time. Now, is this accidental or on purpose - to make the pool of users seem bigger… I don’t know. Either way, this is 2022… at least do as well as Tinder does when it comes to this - a pretty low plank to reach, in my opinion… Back to Tinder, I guess
An alright app, here are my complaints. We can only add three pictures. Let us add unlimited pictures! 3 is not enough to show our personality. There’s no bio section. There’s a bunch of questions that we can answer like values and ambitions, but no place to put general stuff. Like our intentions for the app or specifically what we want to get from it. The like and dislike buttons are so far down.
